• When do we start the removal?
  Usually our work starts at 8 A.M. but it’s not a problem to start at 6 A.M as all requests are being handled personally by our operators. If you are a company that needs to be moved before employees start coming in, an early morning removal is also possible.

• How many removers do you need?
  An optimal number is 4 removers for all usual jobs. We found out that a removal with 4 removers is cheaper than the same one with 3 or less.
  Of course, if you need us just to move a piano and a few small goods, 2 to 3 removers are enough.
  It’s not necessary to fill in the number of removers needed as all requests are being handled by our operators and therefore the count is arranged during the call.

• I’m experiencing problems when trying to send the Order form.
  Please see the examples written below all fields. When the field isn’t filled in correctly, the page will come up with a warning next to the wrong field.

• How to find out the removal price?
  You can use our Calculator, according to our experiences we made it very accurate.
  It’s also possible to use the Request/Question form. And it it’s a bigger removal, we’ll send our technician to arrange all the conditions.

• When you’re not technically skilled or you don’t have time.
  You can order our "A to Z" service – we’ll do everything for you, from wrapping teacups to disassembling and assembling furniture.

• Can I use cling film instead of a stretch foil?
  As cling film isn’t that tough, we don’t recommend it for protection.
  But you can definitely use it as a box cover or to secure loose parts.

• Can you put my old furniture to junk or a collection place?
  We know from experiences that most junkyards and collection places don’t have capacity to take all old furniture and it’s also necessary for you to be there with us as you need to show an ID stating that you live in the city where the collection takes place.
